Nice, quaint spot super close to downtown and main beach access. Quiet neighborhood and very walkable area. Felt right at home, the place had everything I needed and more! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay in Cocoa Beach. The Beach Cottage was the perfect space for two adults and one toddler. The house was very clean and stocked with all needed amenities and a few toiletry items and snacks. My son also loved the board games. We also appreciated the beach chairs and toys for our beach day.
The house is in a great walkable spot to downtown.
Lastly, Matthew’s very helpful and responsive to our WiFi question and he also dropped off some laundry pods. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about my stay at Matthew’s place. The location was walking distance to the beach and even some restaurants. The unit was stocked with toiletries beyond what I’d expect ( there was face wipes and tampons as well as toothbrushes and even Q-Tips, which are easily forgotten in travels but you find yourself needing). I arrived to a welcome basket of goodies and a binder with all the info I’d need for my stay. There were blankets for the couches to make it feel like home and comfortable bed and bedding! Truly a gem!

We loved the place! It’s so clean and fresh and so well laid out with thoughtful attention to every amenity a traveler could dream of. We loved the proximity to downtown cocoa beach.

Outstanding stay!
We were in the area for a weekend family reunion and appreciated the exceptionally quiet, comfortable space to return to in the evenings, and impressed by how easy it was to prepare dishes to contribute to a big potluck-style turkey dinner we were headed to one evening because the kitchen was so well stocked.
As for hospitality, this host stands out- a basket of snacks waiting on the counter, bottled water in the fridge and bedroom, chocolates, nicely organized backup toiletries under the bathroom sink, and extra towels in the master bedroom- all come together to give the space a welcoming hotel feel.

Host did a great job of answering all my questions in a timely manner and even sent the cleaners over during my long term stay so I did not have to worry about deep cleaning the place myself. The house is in a very nice area where you are walking distance from the beach and the a bunch restaurants and bars. All in all I would highly recommend Matthew as a host and absolutely recommend this Airbnb!

We just had a great weekend in Coco Beach. Mathew’s home had everything you could need. Even items we didn’t anticipate he would have. Everything was in excellent condition and it was perfect for 2 couples and a 19 month old We would definitely return to the property.

We have visited Cocoa Beach for Memorial Day weekend every year for the least 4 years. Our usual vacation rental was booked so we took a risk with this new Airbnb and we are so happy we did. We were welcomed to a spotless, newly renovated home exactly as shown in photos. It instantly felt like an upgrade. The host left a kind note with snacks, some bottled water, and every single amenity we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Everything was exactly as shown in photos. We also enjoyed the shower with the moveable shower head which made bath time with our 4 year old a breeze.
The home is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is also super close to Coconuts and a variety of other bars, restaurants, ice cream shops. Host was super responsive and was kind enough to be flexible with check in time. This place was much more spacious, private, and modern than our usual economy rental for just a fraction more. It was a great value and we hope to be back again.

The place was perfect spot, and the price was suitable. It was just me, so plenty of room. probably would be suitable up to 4. The place was spectacular on the inside, and had a nice private backyard. Great, renovated property, everything was brand new. And it is walking distance to the beach and all of the bar scene.
Also, Note: As someone who used to be from the area, staying at a place only a 1-min walk from the best/oldest bar in Cocoa Beach (Johnathan's Pub) was a HUUUGE plus. The bar offers the best French Dips around, with the cheapest drinks within 100mi.
The ONLY critique.... the driveway is an initial steep entrance. Vehicles with a low-base, be careful, because you will likely bottom-out.
Everything else about the property, 20 out of 10. I do plan to be back in town, and if this place is available, I'll certainly be looking to stay here again.
