Living Area – The living area is furnished with a sofa and loveseat, coffee table, end table, ceiling fan, and a 65-inch smart TV. Bedrooms – 1 king and 1 queen bedroom. Both bedrooms include a dresser, nightstands, a ceiling fan, a small closet with hanging space, and a luggage rack. The king bedroom includes a 58-inch smart TV. Kitchen – A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Silverware, cutlery, dishes, glasses, baking pans, and cookware essentials are also included. A full sized washer and dryer are provided in the closet next to the kitchen. Bathroom – The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity, plus travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. A hair dryer is also provided. Outdoors Features - Walk out the back door to your private, fenced backyard with patio, outdoor seating, coffee table, and a gas grill. *Please note the property is a duplex building (two units), however, each unit is separated by landscaping and has it's own private driveway and entrance.

In these situations, the owner can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice).*

Nearby, you'll find many popular dining spots like Jazzy’s Mainely Lobster, Pig & Whistle, and The Tiny Turtle, as well as an array of small shops and bars. Our cabana is a 10 minute walk from the famous Coconuts on the Beach Restaurant.
